ESS Mountain Rescue Service The ESS Incident Support Service has developed rapidly to fill the gaps that inevitably occur within the public and corporate provision, when resources become over-stretched. ESS has developed Incident Support Units to provide a range of services for major incidents, large events like festivals and concerts, missing person searches, mountain rescue etc..
